Flagger Force, the industry leader in traffic control is currently hiring a Sales Operations Manager for their corporate campus located in Hummelstown, PA.

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for driving sustainable sales growth in the organization by leading the team to utilize data driven decisions to increase sales opportunities. Optimizing and utilizing a strong Customer Relationship Management platform to drive objective performance metrics into the entire sales team, internal and external. Providing direct oversight of the internal sales team and providing data-based metrics for use by the VP of Business Development to lead the external sales team. Provide Support to the Field Management teams as they connect to Foremen/General Foremen and business unit leaders to gain additional business with existing customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

Analyze, Evaluate and Revise systems as needed to maintain a strong CRM system, ensure it is utilized by all members to drive data, fact-based decisions in the sales process.
Lead the “retail” sales team to ensure growth of our customer base
Ensure that the internal team converts highest percentages possible of inquiries into active accounts
Leads the team to a quality onboarding process of new clients to Flagger Force
Develop and lead a proactive effort by the team to seek additional business opportunities
Establish and evaluate internal KPIs for sales team members to align with organizational objectives, quantify critical success factors and measure and monitor performance
Create connections with Field Management teams to generate leads that the Sales/Operations teams can mutually close upon.
Research, identify and develop new market entry opportunities to increase sales
Ensure quality KPI monthly/quarterly meetings are held with key accounts
Works cross functionally with internal resources, Field Operations, Operations Services Teams, and Finance to bring viable solutions for customer needs and expectations while serving as a good steward of the company’s financial considerations
Support Account Managers by delivering quality data that works to solve client concerns and support operational change/focus as needed to support large client growth
Responsible for reporting and presenting metrics on weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis as established
Ability to analyze data to gain insight into processes, streamline efficiencies and highlight opportunities
Support and focus on team individual growth and development through goal setting and follow up, monthly 1v1’s and annual focal point reviews
Collaborate with peers in assuring consistent operational profiles that support our customer experience
Facilitate and run weekly team meetings, and client meetings as required
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related field required
Seven (7) + years Leadership experience required
Proven performance of increased sales using a CRM management tool
High degree of Technological Proficiency (Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office software systems
Prior construction or industry related experience preferred
Superior Organizational, Time Management Project Planning Skills
