GROW with Flagship Food Group! TJ Farms, our brand that focuses on a wide variety of entrees, breakfast, and appetizers, continues to grow and we are looking to hire a coordinator that will handle the full sales cycle from lead generation, and orders, to delivery.

LOCATION Eagle, Idaho

PURPOSE: Own the customer experience! Maintain our current accounts and ensure they receive the product on time, accurately, and efficiently. Champion customer issues and proactively find ways to provide additional service and add value for our existing customers. Oversee and ensure smooth operation of the full sales cycle: processing orders, inventory management, customer relations, and order follow up.

WANTED: Humble, fast learner, collaborative team player, multitasker, strong oral and written communication skills, comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.

DAY IN THE LIFE:

CUSTOMERS. Cultivate partnerships with customers, closely monitor the customer experience and help remove obstacles (e.g., logistical) along the way.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT. Drive inventory efficiencies through inventory monitoring. Assist in preparing inventory reports (e.g., delivery dates of purchase orders), monitor inventories, tackle emergencies, and actively engage in all necessary action to prevent delays in delivery to customers.
TEAMWORK. Work cross-functionally with a variety of internal teams in marketing, logistics, operations, and accounting, in an effort to maintain our current accounts at a high level of professionalism and detail. The company is lean, and the local office employs 20 people. Everyone needs to be flexible and willing to chip in even if a task is outside this job description.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred, but not required.
Minimum 2 years office related experience.
Prefer candidate with food, farming, inventory, or high touch point customer experience.
Required Skills: MS Office, proficient in MS Excel, organizational skills, attention to detail, customer focus.
Ability to problem solve.
Prefer knowledge of e-commerce business, B2B operations, drop shipping, carrier management, reverse logistics.

Schedule

Monday- Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
