We are seeking a VP of Sales Operations to be a leader in providing support for FLASH's Gated Sales organization.

What you'll do

- Drive strategic programs and optimize sales motion from the top of funnel to close with strong collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and the Engineering teams.
- Actively monitor the achievement of sales targets to successful results and run weekly forecast meetings with Sales and Finance leadership.
- Continually assess capacity constraints, closure rates, expansion by product, market, customer and region, and anticipate roadblocks, identify inefficiencies and adjust the sales team course to meet forecasted goals.
- Add new strategies that allow the Company to increase revenue and meet aggressive sales targets, including pricing structures, bundling of products, and capex vs recurring models.
- Establish key metrics, internal reporting and analytics for executive leadership to measure sales performance, including pipeline growth, stage motions, win/loss rates, and time-to-close on a regional, product or bundled products basis.
- Work on complex deal structures using financial analysis, creative structuring, and in-depth knowledge of the Company’ strategic goals.
- Assess current sales compensation plans which are drastically different across sales teams and verticals, and establish a new, consolidated plan that accelerates alignment to Company strategic goals.
- Collaborate with our Product Strategy team to ensure the sales team is trained so they can present and bundle products in an accurate, consultative, solution-based manner to are aligned to our five-year goal.
- Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used by the sales organization and for investor/board meetings.
- Collaborate directly with our Salesforce and business systems teams, to drive usage of this tool and help define any advancements that are needed.

What you bring

- A proven track record in high-growth sales organizations as part of Sales or Revenue Operations team with a deep understanding of SaaS, subscription, and consumption-based software revenue models.
- Knowledge to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Related Field
- 10+ years of experience in sales operations, enablement, revenue operations, or equivalent function with significant exposure to global sales teams
- 5+ years experience in managing and mentoring teams
- 5 years of SalesForce experience, either in community/team administration/adoption or architect/admin experience.
- Excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
