As a Director of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for Sales/Marketing/Partnerships Operations, you will take the lead in driving the strategy and execution of the operational functions for our revenue producing departments who offer customized financial solutions to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide. Manage a Sales Operations team consisting of on-shore and offshore resources while collaborating with our c-suite, department heads, mid-level management, and end users within the organization to streamline and optimize the end-to-end sales process. This role will require a balance of leadership, analytics, strategy, and execution by frequently revisiting our operational workflows, strategy, and reporting while eliminating bottlenecks along the way.

A Day in the Life of a Director of Revenue Operations:

Coordinate forecasting, planning, and budgeting for the cross-functional departments
Proactively monitor consistency, quality, and accuracy within the sales organizations
Prioritize and manage Operations initiatives, projects, and issues that arise
Recommend enhancement opportunities and deliver meaningful improvements timely
Develop, execute, and measure an ongoing dynamic lead distribution strategy
Set the strategy for A/B testing Sales Cadences and measure success for optimization
Revisit workflows related to Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships for a seamless customer journey
Monitor the accuracy and distribution of sales reports and other essential intelligence
Act as a liaison between key business stakeholders and technical resources.
Responsible for new business requirements gathering/management and conveying to technical resources for implementation.
Standardize and automate reoccurring reporting via Tableau or other BI Analytics tools
Recommend revisions to existing reports and assist in the development of new reporting tools
Implement and monitor Sales Enablement technologies for the various sales functions
Oversee API integrations, partner integrations, and commission approval processes
Oversight of quality assurance, compliance standards, and data integrity within the CRM
Set the standards for Data Privacy/Protections via best practices and Security Shield
Provide input to leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive programs
Collaborating with Sales Management on quotas and expectations for roles & departments

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree is required
Salesforce Administrator Certification or Salesforce Certificate is required
5+ years of experience working within the Salesforce platform
3+ years managing/coaching a team of onshore and offshore resources
2+ years as an Admin in a highly complex Financial Services transactional Salesforce platform
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and planning sales output via KPI evaluation
Experience with environment auditing, workflow optimization, and Salesforce Shield
Experience managing Salesforce API & Apex/External integrations.
Track record of monitoring, analyzing, and implementing reporting tools and process design
Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills
Forward thinking individual with the ability to solve complex problems
Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to develop effective relationships with executive management, business users, and technical staff
