The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the implementation of the sales strategies designed to achieve FMD national sales business objectives. This responsibility includes sales performance through the Dealer Network and National Fleet relationships.

Responsibilities

Design and management of all Sales data and reporting including product codes, pricing, Dealer, and customer information.
Management of Sales data quality and accuracy into and out of FMD Australia’s platforms
Being the support for the FMD Sales team for stock, pricing, customer and sales operations and support
Preparation and distribution of price lists
Preparation and reporting of sales targets, KPI reporting, incentive programs and SSRDs.
Preparation of sales reports and presentations
Establishment and maintenance of FMD Sales policies, guidelines, and processes
Responsibility for managing FMD sales process direct and Dealer sales including orders, pricing, invoicing, data management, logistics and customer support

· Management of all Dealer Sales communications (e.g., policies, bulletins, pricing)

Assisting in ensuring Sales operations and policies are aligned with Sales strategies.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

(a) 5+ sales experience.

(b) Business/Commerce Degree.

Desirable Experience & Qualifications:

a) 5+ years in wholesale or retail automotive in a Sales, Supply Chain and or product area.

b) Degree qualification in a business-related discipline
