As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for scaling our revenues across direct sales and channel partnerships. Responsibilities include developing revenue growth strategies with our Executive Team and Board of Directors and the ongoing development of an effective and scalable sales organization.

Serving as a key member of the executive team, the CRO will be a significant contributor to our culture and will hold a crucial role in management and leadership.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Define and execute a long-term strategy that ensures predictable, repeatable, and scalable sales results to meet company revenue growth target.
Drive revenue growth through direct sales of the SaaS platform to enterprise, accelerate revenue growth through Upsell & Cross Sell and maintain existing revenue through renewals & churn reduction.
Provide leadership and operational directions to the teams responsible for revenue generation & execution: sales, marketing, customer success and professional services and hold them accountable for results.
Inspire and drive performance of the sales team and all revenue-driving teams to meet or exceed goals
Responsible for all revenue generation processes and accountable for driving integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions.
Provide support to the sales organization, drive and oversee process optimization, territory and quota development, revenue forecasting, sales compensation, and overall sales force success.
Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, career development, coaching and mentoring of the sales team and sales department budget.
Partner with Marketing to develop and execute a multi-faceted brand building and lead generation strategy across web, social/digital, trade conferences, speaking events and other initiatives.
Instill a customer-centric culture across all the sales and revenue teams

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on sales management experience and a progressive sales leadership role as VP or SVP of Sales within Market Research / B2B SaaS, sales strategy planning and execution, sales operations, business planning, and sales support management.
Proven track record in managing and growing $40M+ in revenue.
Proven success exceeding expectations in hitting revenue targets and retaining and growing customer relationships, within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment at a Market Research/B2B SaaS company
Strong leadership skills, able to effectively hire, mentor, develop and lead a high-performing enterprise sales organization.
Experience evaluating new markets, channels and other strategic relationships and building and optimizing predictive revenue models
Global experience to help drive international expansion preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree required, MBA a plus
Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook
Los Angeles or New York based preferred. Must be willing to travel.
