We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to support the financial service operations to work with hybrid remote work arrangement.
This is specifically a non-sales position that plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of internal process such as compliance, collaboration across departments such as client servicing and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with Compliance team to ensure adherence to MAS regulations
Support projects and attend off-site meetings with the Supervisor
Identify and implement areas of improvement to enhance service quality
Ensure proper documentation and SOPs

Requirements

Min. Diploma and above preferred
Candidates without prior experience can be considered
Good understanding of financial products and MAS regulatory requirements.
CMFAS certification (e.g., M5 & M9) may be preferred due to the nature of the industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
