As the Sales Operations Analyst you will report directly to Sales Operations Leadership and hold a close connection to the Sales Leads. By using analytics and data insights, inform the Sales Org on leading indicators and represent a consolidated knowledge center for everything Sales Data.

What you'll do:

The Sales Operations Analyst focuses on both lagging as well as leading analytics to ensure Sales segments are not only well informed on what is happening in their business, but also through predictive and prescriptive analysis, identify opportunities for further growth
On an annual and periodic basis the Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for working collaboratively with Sales and Finance to guide and translate overall annual revenue expectations as well as rep and team level sales commission plans
Working as part of the Sales Operations Team, the Sales Operations Analyst provides decision support through actionable and insightful analytics to Sales leaders as well as directly to Sales Reps
The Sales Operations Analyst will lead and join projects focusing on driving continuous innovation around Sales Analytics Tools and Sales Performance Management
The Sales Operations Analyst will own the reporting and dashboard management, authorship and creation within our Salesforce CRM.

What you bring to the table:

Experience working within a Sales or Sales Operations environment
Ideally 2+ years experience performing Sales Analytics, Pipeline forecasting, Commission modelling and Sales Data Management
An independent, self-starter that thrives in a fast paced environment and isn't afraid to run with a new idea or project
Initiative is key, the drive and willingness to understand the workings of the business, not just the business problem in isolation
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field, or equivalent sales operations experience
Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
