Job Summary (Remote Position):

For the past 21 years we have been delivering exceptional software solutions to challenging business problems.

This role supports the company’s daily activity and growth by organizing operations and procedures. Accounts Receivable will be a priority task for the role along with helping the Director of Operations to keep all departments running smoothly. They will have a broad knowledge around all departments.

Primary Responsibilities:

Accounts payable and receivable including client billing inquiries.
Assist the Sales Team with Invoicing
Supervises and or performs special projects necessary to grow the company, both functionally and strategically.
Regularly meets with company supervisors to exchange information to discuss ways to make the company more efficient.
Assist with new employee setup, including working with 1Path on equipment related procurement.
Communicate with Fullsteam HR to post positions.
Assist with existing client TPP Pay adoption and onboarding

Primary Qualifications:

Handle accounts payable/receivable

Office administration experience
Tackle special projects in a timely manner.
Multi tasking and organization.
Billing/Accounts Receivable experience preferred
