Future Family is looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will work within the Sales Operations vertical. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for our post-contract process. You will work with the clients to solidify their contract documents, field contract/billing questions from the clients and clinics, and execute the funds disbursement process. Additionally, you will utilize data and analytics to drive process efficiencies across the sales organization. You will work closely with our Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations Teams, reporting to the Sr. Sales Operations Manager. It’s a fast-paced environment that will require you to work smart and hard, but it’s also an incredibly rewarding opportunity with unlimited upside.

Responsibilities:

Manage the clients journey from signed contract to funds disbursement

Answer, manage, and triage inbound contract and billing inquiries via email, text, and phone

Cross collaborate with multiple departments across the company

Maintain accurate and detailed information within Salesforce.com

Create and optimize our sales processes, leveraging SF reports to uncover areas of opportunity

Receive continuous coaching and development from your manager

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a sales development or customer support team

Finance or lending experience a plus

Proven ability to manage a customer support ticketing system

Experience with closing contracts and payment processing

Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM application

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

A passion for helping consumer navigate their fertility journey
