The Role:
Gateway Financial Partners is seeking a high-performing Sales Operations Specialist to help us accelerate advisor recruitment and drive growth. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between marketing efforts and our recruiting team, ensuring that leads are captured, nurtured, and converted efficiently through a well-managed, modern sales funnel.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services industry, understand the advisor recruitment lifecycle, and bring a strong sense of urgency and collaboration to working with our outsourced marketing and business development partners.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee and optimize the advisor recruitment sales funnel, ensuring timely lead follow-up, progression, and reporting.

● Collaborate closely with the outsourced marketing team to align on lead generation, nurturing workflows, and campaign optimization. Manage CRM systems and lead tracking tools to ensure data cleanliness, accurate attribution, and timely updates throughout the funnel.
● Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insight into funnel health, conversion rates, lead sources, and sales performance.

● Implement and refine lead scoring models to prioritize outreach and maximize conversion opportunities.Proactively identify bottlenecks or gaps in the sales process and recommend process improvements.

● Coordinate with internal recruiters ("closers") to ensure smooth handoffs of sales-qualified leads and monitor lead outcomes.

● Maintain high responsiveness and a solutions-oriented approach in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

● Support sales training, playbook development, and documentation of best practices over time.

● Provide insights and feedback to marketing and leadership based on data and recruiter feedback to continuously improve targeting and messaging.

Requirements:

● 5+ years of sales operations, business development, or sales support experience, ideally in financial services or advisor recruitment.

● Deep understanding of the independent financial advisor landscape, advisor motivations, and recruiting strategies.

● Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and marketing automation workflows.

● Demonstrated experience managing lead flow, optimizing sales funnels, and reporting on KPIs.

● Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment.

● Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

● Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
