Job function: Help Sales Win!

Your main goal will be to enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by:

Recognizing, developing, and implementing process improvements within the Sales team
Working with Marketing and Product Management on programs and lead qualification
Tracking and analysing all relevant data to see areas of improvement
Maintain regular check-ins with Sales Representatives and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan
Identify any problems for internal review and problem solving
Partnering with Sales Leaders to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data

What you need to be successful in this role:

You need to be driven, analytical, influential and strategic
You have a strong track records in Sales and Sales Operations preferably in a Manufacturing organization
You are very at ease with databases, excel & reports generation
You have communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments and upper management
