Role Overview: Deal Desk Analyst

As the Deal Desk Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our deal-related operations, acting as the main liaison for inquiries and requests. Your responsibilities will encompass validating and managing deals, ensuring the precision of deal documents through meticulous reviews, and leveraging your analytical acumen to design optimal deal structures. Your close collaboration with internal stakeholders will be key to your success, and your insights will help guide deals to align with company policies. In addition, you will provide indispensable support to the sales team by aiding in contract preparation and negotiation. This role also involves monitoring and tracking deals through the sales cycle, offering you the chance to glean insights from sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Be the primary contact for all deal desk-related inquiries and requests.

Validate and manage deals within the deal desk.

Guarantee accuracy of deal documentation and data through comprehensive reviews.

Analyze customer requests to architect well-structured deals.

Foster and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.

Offer guidance on deals to ensure adherence to company policies.

Assist the sales team in contract preparation and negotiation.

Track and monitor deals across the sales cycle.

Utilize sales data to uncover trends and growth prospects.

Identify and develop solutions for process enhancements.

Contribute to other revenue operations and analytics-related tasks.

Develop and maintain insightful Salesforce reports and dashboards.

Deliver training to internal stakeholders on effective Salesforce utilization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Over 2 years of experience in a Deal Desk or similar role.

Profound grasp of the sales process and deal structures.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Impeccable organizational and communication skills.

Ability to excel both independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $25-30/hr

Contract Duration: 3-6 months
