About Adagio

Created by repeat entrepreneurs in 2016, Adagio is an Adtech startup that helps publishers optimize the revenue they get from their online ads thanks to our cutting edge algorithms and bidding engine. Between 2020 and 2022, we multiplied our revenue by 40, and are still experiencing high growth in 2023. We are profitable and we intend to remain so. We now help more than 20,000 websites worldwide get more revenue out of their ad inventory, including well known websites such as L'Equipe, Le Bon Coin,Orange, Playwire (USA), PCH (USA) or NTT (JP). As a company, we are a team of around 25 that prefers to favor quality (skills, dedication, self-reliance) over quantity. Technology is very centric in what we do, and we like it that way. About The Position

As Revenue Operations (RevOps) Associate, you will work closely with our COO to help us create and maintain smooth, effective processes and reporting systems across all operations, in particular customer success, marketing and sales. You are part of a team with 4 CSM.

Since we are a relatively small company, many things have yet to be set, invented, and discovered, and sometimes broken processes will have to be fixed.

Your Responsibilities Will Be To

Evaluate current processes, determine how these can be improved, and implement new solutions ;
Design, implement and coordinate smooth processes using different solutions (Hubspot, Vitally…) across departments like Marketing, Sales and Customer Success ;
Implement smart automation to make our operations more efficient;
Create project plans and marshal resources internally to ensure that high quality work is delivered on time.
Be responsible for training and educating team members across departments on new processes and solutions ;
Collaborate with leadership to prioritize operational tasks ;
This new role is directly related to our CSM team and has the potential to quickly evolve into team management.

This role can be either fully remote or based in Montpellier, France.

About You

You have between 2 to 4 years of experience working in an operations/ process role, ideally with a first experience using Hubspot and/or Vitally ;
You are proficient mapping business processes, flows, and data models : configuring workflows, fields, and objects and taking requirements from other team members to execute ;
You like to tinker with tools and find smart way to implement automation whenever possible;
You see yourself as a swiss-knife, and are glad to be one;
You have strong analytical and data driven skills, and you like to use these skills in your daily work routine ;
You are adaptable and you can work on multiple projects at once while collaborating with different departments ;
You are very eager to challenge yourself and quickly become an Adtech expert (so that words such as ‘open auction’, ‘ads.txt’, ‘deals’, ‘display’, ‘outstream’, ‘native’, ‘adserver’, ‘DSP’, ‘header bidding’, ‘adcalls’, ‘bidrate’, ‘winrate’, ‘CPM’ or ‘vCPM’ … become second nature) ;
You have strong communication and creative problem solving skills ;
You like working in a tech infused environment (we are a tech company first and foremost, and are working in a very tech oriented and complex industry) ;
You are self-motivated, highly detail and solution oriented and proactive ;
You are fluent in English and French ;
You thrive in a healthy and truly kind work environment where self-mockery and humor are encouraged.
You have a successful first experience in team management.
