We’re looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Sales Operations Manager to join our fast-growing organization and be an integral part of driving our sales success. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, you'll play a crucial role in improving our sales systems and procedures, streamlining our customer onboarding processes, and developing our business reporting strategy. You’ll report directly to our Director of Growth and lead our growing Sales Analyst team. Key responsibilities include:

Streamlining the sales and onboarding experience for new customers and evaluating new tools to enhance organizational productivity.
Managing technical aspects of our CRM systems and customer onboarding platforms.
Creating process documentation and training materials to increase sales efficiency.
Defining and operationalizing reporting dashboards to track business KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
Defining long-term goals and developing new initiatives for continuous business process improvements.
Providing support on external-facing reporting such as QBRs for Property Owners.
Coordinating cross-functionally across our organization to improve business processes.
Conducting quality assurance testing to ensure sales processes meet company goals and policies.
Studying current market conditions, forecasting near-future changes, and preparing new business processes accordingly.
Leading and managing our Sales Analytics team.

Qualifications/Skills:

Strong organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
Excellent communication skills: You are able to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to individuals at all levels of an organization.
CRM experience: You have worked with sales enablement tools such as Hubspot, Zoho, and NetSuite.
Entrepreneurial problem-solving skills: You can identify and address complex business challenges tactically, as well as developing long-term solutions that scale.
Management experience: You have prior experience directly managing teams and understand what it takes to make your employees successful.
Process mindset: You understand the importance of process (and its enforcement) in scaling an organization.
Bonus Telecom experience: We’ll teach you everything you need to know about the industry, but you’ll be a step ahead on the learning curve.
