Job Summary:

The Revenue Operations Manager overseas the development of web technology projects from the inception stage to live online deployment, plus any residual maintenance. This position will collaborate with stakeholder on the scope of web technology-based projects, coordinate teams in the development of web technology project and prepare project status reports.

Essential Functions:

The Revenue Operations Manager will have several key responsibilities in the fulfillment of their duties including:

Consulting and coordinating with cross-disciplined team members to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, schedules, and budgets.
Responsible for defining project requirements, analyzing, resource planning and monitoring the overall project life cycle
Establishing project plans and effectively communicating project updates to stakeholders, leaders, and internal parties
Liaise with vendors and clients throughout the project life cycle to answer questions and troubleshoot as necessary.
Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
Managing and aligning customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle including transitioning period.
Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Leading social media and content team in conducting QA with items such as website design, verbiage, etc
Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) including project oversight.

Generally responsible for:

Develop processes, best practices for current, intermediate, and future needs in partnership with organizational and team leaders.
Make broad recommendations on improving compliance related processes and/or procedures as it pertains to the IT department.
Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients, internal stakeholders, and executive leaders.

Experience and Qualifications:

The successful Revenue Operations Manager should possess extensive experience in web technologies and the ability to lead web development initiatives. A first-class Revenue Operations Manager will be someone whose expertise in web technologies translates into innovative business practices. Also, they will have working knowledge of:

Leading project teams of various sizes and resources and see them through completion.
Solid understanding of formal project management methodologies primarily Agile.
Excellent leadership, collaboration, time-management, and communication skills.
Experience with CRM (content resource mgmt.) preferred Contentful, Gatsby
Intermediate demonstrated experience with MS Office

Education and Training

The Revenue Operations Manager typically needs a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with at least 3-5 years’ experience managing web-based technology business projects.
