Tasks

Our vision for the role:

Our Sales Ops seat shares the responsibility of supporting us in accelerating our onboarding processes and cultivating our customer relationships.

What does this mean?

You are owning the seats of technical onboarding to our GlassDollar platform and the supplier registration for SaaS.

Our initial set of missions:

You engage with corporate customers from IT checks, and POs to Contracting & Invoicing.
You foster and cultivate relationships to establish a healthy, converting funnel.

Requirements

First things first, your personal values, energy, and work style are the most important thing to us. We believe that you can learn new skills at a fast pace and push yourself forward. You have ideally done this in the past in a small or scaling team.

You are a people person, creative, detail-oriented, ambitious, independent. Enthusiastic about the newest trends in technology, and innovation and quick to understand new concepts and ideas.

Maybe YOU

collected already some working experience supporting sales in SaaS/Professional services industry
have outstanding presentation and communication skills and a knack for getting people engaged
understand building up meaningful relationships is essential for our ecosystem
are a great communicator (listener) in English and German. Here you need to speak at least B2 level!
