We are looking for a driven Revenue Operations Specialist.

What does it mean?

You will work with our Biz Dev and RevOps team to assist new and existing processes for internal clients from marketing and sales departments to run their operations and implement & improve existing operations with Monday.com, Outreach.io, HubSpot and other tools.
You will work directly with our Biz dev team and help our sales and marketing teams reduce friction in the sales process, streamline processes for their buyer journey, and automate tasks so salespeople are successful in their day-to-day activities and have more customer-facing focus.
As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping the company grow. You will work very closely with leadership stakeholders and others in the organization to help implement processes to optimize and grow efficiency using automated tools and data.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven experience in Partners/Sales/Business Operations experience, that is passionate about building and scaling an operation from the ground up and feels very comfortable around numbers and systems.

What does it take?

Proven experience in Partners/Sales/Business Operations experience, passionate about building and scaling an operation from the ground up and feels very comfortable around numbers and systems.
Proven experience in configuration, implementation, training, and automation – Must
Monday.com, HubSpot, Marketing/sales automation – Must
Proven experience in Salesforce and other sales tools experience (Outreach, Zapier, Zoho)- is an advantage.
SQL knowledge – an advantage
Working in B2B and/or Tech Reseller environment – an advantage
At least 2 years of successful Sales/Partners/Business operations / CRM / Work OS Project Management experience
Experience in working with customers independently.
Fast learner & willingness to learn both guided as well as Auto-didactically.
Curious, independent, rigorous, and demonstrated history of showing initiative.
Work with customers to set sales processes in their CRM which will lead them to revenue growth, using best practices.
Good communicator that can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally in English.
