Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Manager Sales Operations role based in Liverpool, NY. The General Manager will oversee sales operations, lead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth operational management. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer service standards, optimizing operational processes, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering a high-performing sales team. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and a focus on driving growth and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Operations Management to establish efficient systems and processes.
Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure high-quality client experiences.
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations to develop strategies and achieve growth objectives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in transportation services or related industries is a plus.
