About The Role

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving revenue growth and operational excellence? Are you a proven revenue operations expert with a track record of success in high-growth technology or SaaS companies? If so, we want you to lead our Revenue Operations team!

You will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and operational excellence. Your role will encompass overseeing a dynamic team dedicated to optimizing processes throughout the entire revenue lifecycle, from sales to customer success. With your strategic vision, analytical acumen, and leadership prowess, you will be pivotal in not only achieving but exceeding revenue targets, all while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

A taste of what you'll do as VP of Revenue Operations:

Strategic Leadership: Collaborate closely with the executive team to define and execute revenue strategies that align with business objectives, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing operational efficiency.
Process Optimization: Design, implement, and refine end-to-end revenue processes, covering lead generation, sales, pricing, contracting, order fulfillment, and customer success.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics and reporting to deliver actionable insights that inform decision-making and enhance accuracy in revenue projections.
Systems and Technology: Evaluate, implement, and integrate revenue-related technologies and systems to drive operational effectiveness and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, ensuring alignment of processes and objectives for a unified revenue strategy.
Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue operations, regularly reporting progress and insights to the executive team.
People Management: Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing revenue operations team, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
