Good Energy, LP is seeking an enthusiastic full-time Sales Support Specialist to work out of the NYC HQ to assist the sales and pricing teams with day-to-day support activities. In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn about energy procurement and pricing/sourcing within the Energy Commodities markets on a national and global basis.

Daily Responsibilities:

● Coordinate daily energy procurement activities with Good Energy’s network of suppliers/vendor (third parties) and our Energy Consultants (Sales Team) in energy markets (de-regulated and regulated) globally.

● Utilize historical and forecast energy data to perform cost savings and trend analysis for clients.

● Generate requests for bids (RFBs) and pricing proposals for clients using dedicated customer relationship management (CRM) database and excel spreadsheets.

● Collaborate with Sales and Operations team members to further enhance existing processes to ensure maximum synergies and efficiency.

● Assist with reconciling payment discrepancies and no-matches in CRM with internal/external stakeholders.

● Manage post-contractual needs of clients, including new enrollments, switches, and re-enrollments, account adds/deletes, and early drop notifications.

● Assist with research, data entry, and general account management.

● Ad hoc duties as needed.

● Eager to learn – energy markets are constantly changing and require constant education - you must love to learn and share this knowledge with the team

● Excels under pressure – quick turnaround on multiple bids and purchasing contracts in a fast-paced work environment.

● Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel functionality

● Self-motivated, detailed oriented and organized

● Fluent in English with excellent verbal and writing skills

● Eligible to work in the US full-time.

● Expected to work 2-3 day per week out of the NYC office located in Midtown Manhattan.
