Position Summary:

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will develop a vision and provide leadership for Financial Advisor-facing teams, services, and strategies focused on generating, maintaining, and increasing revenue. This will role will create strategies to integrate and align functions across the organization, including Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Customer Success, and others, to achieve revenue targets and grow demand for Good Life’s product and services. The CRO will establish analytics and methods to measure and forecast demand and market conditions, identify operational deficiencies, and develop effective and data-driven pricing strategies. This role will lead research to identify internal and external opportunities to expand and optimize revenue-producing activities. The CRO is responsible for revenue targets met, standard operating procedures created, and internal processes executed to achieve efficiencies in revenue generation and capture.

The CRO will use their sales, business development, and financial industry expertise to develop and drive effective organizational growth strategies.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and implement effective business development strategies for new and existing business growth to ensure revenue and sales goals are met/exceeded.
Establish and maintain healthy working relationships with existing clients to ensure sustainable trust and growth of same store sales.
Manage multiple department leaders to innovate, execute, and improve success.
Evaluate / drive new business pipelines and avenues to grow new store sales.
Create and manage yearly goals related to business development.
Measure and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accountability, enable communication to the executive leadership team, and discover opportunities for improvement.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

Evaluate the marketplace and use established networks to bring our offerings, products, and services to a broader audience.
Lead and partner with the business development team to land deals for new store sales purposes.
Identify, solve for, and communicate opportunities of growth and untapped resources with the executive leadership team.
Talk with and visit existing clients to understand, evaluate, and guide opportunities for same store sales.
Manage and evaluate direct reports to empower and guide their success while considering the client-facing value of their products and services.
Work closely with the Marketing/Communications department to ensure branding is successful in the marketplace.
Forecast business development needs for the present and future success of the organization.
Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure the Business Development team are aligned and supportive.
