Accounting and Finance at LastPass

The Accounting and Finance team is essential to our business. While the specific roles may vary, one thing is certain – you will be at the center of our organization and an integral part of the team responsible for ensuring the efficient financial management and financial controls necessary to support all our business activities. Your Day to Day

As Director of Revenue Operations, you would be working on

Oversee the Revenue Operations function include order processing, billing, collections, ecommerce operations and commissions for LastPass.
Be an integral part of the Company’s Quote to Cash Process partnering with Sales, Sales Ops, and Legal by reviewing customer quotes and contracts for pricing, discounts and to assure deals are structured accordance with US GAAP (ASC 606) and comply with the Company’s revenue recognition and sales order policies.
Work with Sales Ops and Partner Ops in developing and maintaining commission comp plans, while also assisting in commission calculations and accounting for commissions accordance with ASC606 for both internal sales reps and external partners.
Manage the Customer Payment Support reps (Credit and Collections) on customer AR, billing inquiries or collections issues assuring cash is collected timely with a focus on providing world class customer experience.
Oversee the Company’s order processing, Backoffice and credit card systems while and overseeing refund and chargeback processing. Additionally, manage the vendor relationships with the Company’s credit card processors and gateways in order to optimize card processing and credit card fees.
Work closely with the Company’s Commerce development teams on feature development, improving system efficiencies and future system integrations.
Drive process improvement initiatives needed increase team efficiency by identifying, suggesting, and driving new systems, process improvements and contributing on special projects.

What We’re Looking For

As Director of Revenue Operations, your background will look like:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
Fluency in English
Have 10+ years’ experience in a finance role managing teams of people
Extensive knowledge and experience in the Quote to Cash process
Proficiency in U.S. GAAP, Revenue Recognition and Sarbanes Oxley
Experience in an e-Commerce SaaS business model
Ability to collaborate in a cross functional team environment including Sales, Legal, and accounting colleagues located in Guatemala, Dublin, Budapest, India and US Headquarters
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to work with large quantities of data.
