Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Revenue Operations Specialist to join our enrollment team. The Revenue Operations Specialist will be responsible for meticulously auditing enrollment calls using the Gong platform, providing valuable insights and scores to enhance the overall performance of our sales team and ensure we deliver a reliably positive experience to potential customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, exceptional listening skills, efficient workflow management, and self-motivation.

While a completed bachelor’s degree is not required, a keen interest in sales and the sales process is essential.

Responsibilities:

Call Auditing:

Utilize the Gong platform to systematically audit sales calls for quality and adherence to internal guidelines.
Provide constructive feedback to sales representatives based on call audits, focusing on areas of improvement.

Feedback and Reporting:

Deliver daily updates on call audit scores to sales representatives and management team members.
Collaborate with the management team to identify specific training needs and contribute to continuous improvement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales managers and trainers to understand challenges and develop targeted solutions.
Assist in the refinement of sales scripts and call handling procedures based on audit findings.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and excellent listening skills.
Strong time management.
Strong communication skills and writing ability is a plus.
Self-motivation with a keen interest in sales and the sales process.
Experience with data analysis is a plus.
Note: experience with Gong software is not a requirement.

Education and Experience:

Previous experience in sales, quality assurance, or a similar role is advantageous.
