We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to ensure our team of Analysts delivers proposals to our Sales Representatives and broker partners that are professional, accurate and on-time. This position will also manage a team of Coordinators who provide critical sales support and administrative functions for select Sales Representatives. At a time of rapid sales growth, the Sales Operations Manager is essential in making sure our operational infrastructure supporting the Sales team is a well-oiled machine.

You will:

Oversee the preparation and delivery of Sales quotes and proposals
Hire, coach and develop a team of Analysts responsible for proposal development
Hire, coach and develop a team of Coordinators who provide administrative support for select Sales Representatives
Work hand-in-hand with the Sales and Underwriting teams to make sure roles and responsibilities in the proposal assembly-line are properly defined
Triage requests for proposals equitably across the team of Analysts
Diligently monitor and ensure proposal turnaround times are met or exceeded and clearly communicate turnaround time expectations with the Sales team
Develop a comprehensive training program and get team members up-to-speed quickly
Create and continuously refine a library of process and procedural documentation
Identify and lead projects that make the quoting and proposal process more efficient, automated and accurate
Work with the Sales team to improve proposal content, layout and style
Oversee provider and pharmacy searches with network and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) partners
Manage data entry and critical quoting metrics that are housed in Salesforce
Make recommendations and drive operational change around sales productivity and process
Define all necessary materials required during the quoting and renewal process, and ensure those materials are up-to-date and stored correctly in shared company folders
Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented

You bring:

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years managing a teams
A high degree of organization, accuracy and detail-orientation
A resourceful, driven and resilient attitude
An obsession with hitting deadlines and making sure work is delivered on-time
Strong internal customer-service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
