Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our team. The CRO will be responsible for developing and executing the company's revenue strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth, and improving overall profitability. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in market analysis, sales strategy development, and managing a sales team.

As a founding member of the firm, you will work in partnership with the CEO at every step of the way. Introducing opportunities and working together to close and ensure the smooth delivery of each engagement.

The primary focus for the first 3-6 months of this role will be on Atlassian, Salesforce and infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's revenue strategy, including identifying new revenue streams and optimizing existing ones.

• Conduct market analysis and research to identify opportunities for expansion.

• Collaborate with the executive team to set revenue targets and manage performance against those targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that align with the company's overall goals.

• Analyze sales data and use it to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

• Develop and manage a solid pipeline of new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred.

• Proven track record of success as a sales leader in a competitive market.

• Ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans for growth.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
