Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support all functions of our Sales department. You will manage our Hubspot CRM, create sales presentations, build sales forecasts and reporting for the team. Ultimately, you will ensure our sales initiatives are successful and data is well maintained in the CRM

Responsibilities

Hubspot pipeline data maintenance and management
Building sales presentations
Creating dashboards in Hubspot
Support Sales Director in building sales budgeting and forecasting reports
Back office work and helping in building health checks for the sales department

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as a sales operations
Knowledge about sales automation
1-2 years of hands-on experience with Hubspot
Experience designing new presentations for sales
Ability to communicate clearly with senior management
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
MBA in Sales/Marketing or relevant field
