Your responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Specialist (M/F/D) you are an important contact person for the entire Growth Team and other departments such as Finance or Marketing.

Your main tasks with us will be based on 3 pillars: Operations, Analyses and Customers

Operations

You are responsible for the preparation of monthly statements, accurate revenue forecasting and cost-steering of the sales organization
You enable effective knowledge management by setting up processes and tools for the best possible collaboration
You are in control for developing process improvements, driving data-driven insights and decision-making process
You take ownership of the design of our sales policies
You work closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance and act as a key interface
You establish yourself as an owner and cross departmental coordinator the tool landscape, especially for Hubspot (CRM)

Analysis

You ensure the quality of our daily operational service delivery by establishing and tracking defined KPIs and service level agreements
You are responsible for KPI reporting in the sales team (sales cycle, quota reporting per team & IC, pipeline conversions as well as key performance indicator analyses)

Customers

You support the budget planning and the preparation of offers and contracts for our customers
You take over the preparation of meaningful reports for different (internal) stakeholders as well as the calculation of TCVs and revenues for our customers

Your profile

You have a degree in business administration and/or relevant work experience in a sales operation position
You have already proven your expertise in consulting with your completed studies and your many years of professional experience
You already have experience in using Hubspot, Salesforce or other CRM systems as well as in KPI-oriented sales management
You have strong communication skills and are confident in dealing with stakeholders from different areas (executives, colleagues, customers, etc.)
You have an affinity for sales and a high degree of initiative
You have excellent analytical thinking and a strong understanding of numbers
You work independently, structured and solution-oriented
You have excellent coordination and teamwork skills as well as moderation skills
Excellent German and English round off your profile
