About Us

We're a small, hands-on manufacturing company that builds large-scale foundry equipment and refrigerated seawater (RSW) systems. Our projects are complex and custom-built. We're looking for someone adaptable and motivated to help us stay organized, communicate effectively, and grow both our brand and our business.

This is a dynamic position with variety-ideal for someone who's curious, organized, and ready to take on responsibility across departments.

What You'll Be Doing

Sales & Marketing

Send out pre-sale questionnaires and help with quoting processes
Get vendor quotes and update internal costing sheets
Assist with ROI and business case development
Create brochures and basic sales materials
Build and manage our presence on social media (especially for RSW products)
Post relevant updates and help grow our reach in niche markets

Project Coordination

Track project progress and keep our team aligned
Order equipment and parts, monitor lead times
Follow up on workflows and documentation
Provide project updates to customers or internal management

General Operations

Keep employee training records organized
Help with scheduling and company-wide admin tasks
Support our internal systems and help improve workflows

Customer & Admin Support

Answer phones, schedule meetings, and direct customer inquiries
Help clients get connected with the right person on our team

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field is preferred (but not required)
0-3 years of experience in a similar role or industry
Bonus: Experience with Canva, LinkedIn, Excel, or similar tools
Occasional travel to the USA may be required for trade shows, customer visits, or vendor meetings. A valid passport and the ability to cross the border is essential.

Willing to learn technical products and processes over time
Marketing, admin, or project experience is great-but attitude is everything

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
