ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Revenue Operations to join the Hack The Box team. The primary responsibility of this role is to optimize ARR & revenue generation with a strong focus on maximising existing customer ARR net retention and streamline all related operational processes across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance/sales, operations, and data analysis, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. The Director of Revenue Operations is a hands-on, strategic, and operational partner to senior management, supporting and leading dynamic initiatives and ensuring effective communication across a performance-driven organization. This requires an execution-oriented mindset with the capacity to develop trusted relationships with staff, and a wide range of external partners. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and success in a sustainable manner.

Responsibilities:

Build a thorough understanding of all areas of the business - product, GTM strategy (including customer success), finance, and operations - serving as a force multiplier and increasing overall organizational effectiveness.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation with inputs from and collaboration across finance, sales & marketing, and customer success.
Analyze quantitative data and identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks to inform decision-making with the key goal to continuously enhance new logo customer acquisition and existing customer gross and net retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and ensure seamless revenue operations.
Develop and maintain ARR and revenue forecasting models, providing regular updates to HTB’s senior management
Design and implement reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) against high priority, organization-wide initiatives, and goals to ensure transparency and accountability, primarily related to ARR/revenue generation, customer acquisition, and customer gross and net retention.
Monitor and optimize pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market and maximize profitability.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems and tools used in the revenue operations process.
Support HTB’s senior management in preparation for presentations, board meetings, and other external meetings
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in revenue operations.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue operations, finance/sales, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS organization involving stakeholder management and project management & execution
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct analysis, summarize and present complex topics and actionable insights effectively to diverse audiences
Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
Experience with CRM, ERP, billing, and revenue management software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite or similar platforms).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results.
A highly detail-oriented and organized approach to work, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Adaptability and flexibility to navigate through changing business environments and industry trends.
A continuous improvement mindset, with a strong desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally
Experience reporting directly to senior executive leaders (VP/ C-suite)
