This role is the day to day analysis and execution of the “DC to shelf” leg of the supply chain and requires good interpersonal skills, a focus on prioritisation and a high level of attention to detail. Your Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Support in delivering all agreed customer operations CDP activity for both everyday & seasonal events, from warehouse outbound planning to retail execution.
Maintaining industry leading in store availability to exceed the customers agreed targets whilst minimising total store stock holding and returns, and maximising ideal pocket fill by store and kit type.
Planning the accurate and timely delivery of seasonal replenishment to achieve the highest possible sell-through.
Minimise Hallmark operational costs through supply chain efficiencies:
- Forecasting of picking activity through the Hallmark warehouse and the customer supply chain.
- Translating the internal trade plan into a rolling demand view of in-store retail merchandising activity.
Engage with third party merchandising to understand and resolve issues with in-store stock/delivery/launch execution.
Focus on continuous improvement and assist in implementing best practice across Customer Operations and related departments.
Support the Customer Operations team in the execution of the delivery of stock to the right place at the right time.
Own the customer store query process from receipt, categorisation to response to the customer, working with the retail operations team to ensure timely query management.
Monitor store estate changes (openings, closures & refits) to determine relevant updates needed for internal and external teams, including maintaining the master store list for 3rd party merchandising partner.

To be successful you will need to demonstrate:

AOP/EBIT/SVM
Ability to interact with suppliers
Presentation skills – internal
Ability to learn and develop system skills
Knowledge of a multi SKU business is an advantage
Experience of multiple supply chain models is useful, but not essential
Ability to work within a well-established corporate culture
