As the Director, Sales Operations, you will set the overall vision and strategy for Sales Operations for our Einstein II team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who thoroughly understands how the sales, marketing and operations organizations must harmonize their efforts to build and maintain a broad customer base. This role is 100% remote and supports our Einstein II product.

What you will be doing in this role:

- Defining and driving sales force capacity planning
- Collaborating with sales management to manage territory alignment and enforce a consistent sales process
- Overseeing sales incentive plan strategy, design, development and deployment
- Recommending and implementing ongoing sales process improvements
- Supporting deal desk functions, including pricing and quoting
- Managing strategy and logistics for building and maintaining sales training programs
- Collaborating with Ops teams to ensure seamless onboarding process for new customers
- Managing CRM and other sales-facing app usage and enhancement strategy
- Producing high quality analytics to drive sales resource allocation in each market

What you will bring to the role:

- 3+ years of experience in Sales Ops, preferably in healthcare SaaS
- Experience designing, developing and overseeing sales incentive plans
- Experience supporting deal desk functions including pricing and quoting
- Experience utilizing Salesforce.com and other sales tools to enforce a robust and consistent sales process
- Track record developing and implementing sales tools and training programs
- Curious, with a commitment to results
- Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience, MBA preferred
