SALES OPERATIONS – CLUB

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and identifying business needs and using appropriate data systems to execute complex projects, casting vision, forecasting, and seeking new solutions. The Sales Operations Manager may also provide additional retail context at the category, retailer, and industry levels to supplement insights and broaden clients understanding of key sales drivers and risks to the business.

Requirements

Robust Club Channel knowledge - Experience supporting day to day business operations to serve Costco
Provides Operational support to sales team
Forecasting Experience - Experience utilizing Costco CRX data to build forecasting plans with sales team for our clients
Trade Management Experience - Conduct promotion analysis & work with sales team on trade plan adjustments
Demo scheduling, reconciling and order tracking
Audit Knowledge – familiar & experienced with Costco audit process
Analytical skills with experience in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy
Strong ability to proactively and creatively problem solve as an individual and with a team
Radical curiosity of Club channel and the constantly changing marketplace
Must be detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Analytics Expertise - Preference also given to candidates with experience utilizing Costco CRX data to generate business-building insights and strategy with sales team
Mastery in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills

Preferred:

3-5 years' experience in Club Channel industry, specifically working with Costco
