Sales Operations Coordinator/Inside Sales

We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working, customer-oriented individuals who can work in a team environment as a Sales Operations Coordinator. The Sales Operations Coordinator is a vital member of the team and is responsible to ensure that the administration activities of the sales team are maintained and up to date to support sales growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

· Inside sales of equipment to walk-in customers

· Set up all equipment ID Numbers

· Place all equipment stock orders

· Ensure orders match packing slips and invoices

· Arrange equipment diversions in and out

· Monitor cost sheets

· Responsible for ensuring cost sheets have all correct costs

· Responsible for Commission recording and payments

· Responsible for running sales reports as required

· Responsible for arranging equipment transportation

· Liaison with digital marketing manager to ensure units are on website

· Ensure all invoice reconfigurations are done properly to maximize discounts

· Work closely with Director of Sales Operations to ensure adequate stocking levels

· Work closely with suppliers to obtain proper discounts

· Ensure monthly sales programs are communicated to all sales organization

· Working with Director of Sales Operations to ensure proper pricing of stock units based on monthly programs.

· Ensure that Whole Good paperwork is completely properly

· Ensure that warranty paperwork is filled out correctly and submitted at the appropriate time.

· Ensure that all paperwork required by manufacturers upon arrival of whole goods are completed within the appropriate time line and submitted to various suppliers.

· Other duties are required

Qualifications

· Previous experience in administrative support

· Knowledge of heavy-duty trucks/equipment is an asset

· Mechanical understandings, or the willingness to learn

· Basic computer skills with Microsoft Word/Excel, email and internet

· Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

· Strong problem solving and listening skills

· Strong sense of urgency

· Commitment to ongoing sales training

· Ability to work independently

· Strong in time management; sets and meets priorities and long-term goals

Salary: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
