Growth in the market is core to the success of our business. Our Growth Team successfully wins over new clients and expands our current relationships by providing them with consultative guidance and differentiated offerings.

A critical role on the Growth Team is the Sales Operations Manager. We are looking for a driven, people-first operator to join our team. You have experience supporting high growth sales teams through deep critical thoughts and superior process creation and are excited about providing strategic guidance on how best to pitch Health Note to our customers.

You would work with our Chief Revenue Officer in a role that provides you with the opportunity to hone your sales operations skill set. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in joining a growth stage organization and taking ownership of a wide range of processes.

Responsibilities

Growth Team Support
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and forecast and deliver regular insights to the business
- Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
- Manage TAM and territories across the sales and client success teams to ensure equitability
- Assist with on-boarding and training new sales talent
- Assist and facilitate sales meetings, trainings, and conference logistics
Hubspot & Systems Architecture
- Help assess, define, and implement the proper Hubspot infrastructure and solutions to support our scaling Growth team
- Optimize Hubspot usage for the Growth team by implementing necessary process improvements, measurements, tracking, and analytics
- Improve the workflows currently in place in the Growth techstack and own the diligence, selection, and implementation of additional platforms as needed
Growth Marketing > Sales Support
- Assist with CRM connection to enable email marketing and proper segmentation
- Understand and connect the dots between marketing and sales data and analysis
- Identify "on the ground" needs for sales team priorities, deal hot spots, and flag gaps in sales enablement, marketing, CS, product, etc.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant work experience
Ability to explain technical concepts to both a technical and non-technical audience
CRM management experience
Experience working with clients to help diagnose and troubleshoot issues
Willing to coach team members and provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

LOGISTICS

Location: Health Note is a fully distributed company. This employee must be located within the United States and a successful candidate will have US work authorization without requiring visa sponsorship.
Salary: Base salary $130,000-$150,000, plus a variable component, to be determined
