Director of Sales Operations at Hidden Level

As the Director of Sales Operations at Hidden Level, you will enable processes and strategy to execute sales strategy and plans in alignment with company objectives.Work with Sales VP to optimize sales processes and strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.Work closely with the sales team, sales managers, and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Accountabilities:

Ensure accurate and timely collection and analysis of data relevant to the sales process by effectively managing the CRM and input processes.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and progress toward stated sales targets.
Contribute to sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes.
Collaborate with marketing to align sales and marketing efforts.
Implement and maintain sales technology and tools and vendor relationships.
Develop and implement a sales training program to ensure continuous improvement and efficient onboarding of new team members.
Assess and optimize sales territories.
Streamline processes to resolve bottlenecks.
Reporting on sales performance to senior management.
Using accurate data collected throughout the funnel and customer journey to provide analytics and key reports to the teams, along with insights so that performance can be analyzed, and decisions can be made for further growth and optimization.
Proactively uncover and drive continuous improvements in operational processes and practices across the sales, marketing, and client success teams.
Align all departments on process planning and change management.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in business, Operations management, Supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Operations management, with a track record of success in optimizing operations and delivering results.
Experience facilitating process optimization and process change initiatives in a cross-functional setting.
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, with an ability to interact at all levels of an organization.
Demonstrated experience building and leading teams and developing people.
Experience working cross-functionally and cross-culturally in the development of business processes and/or systems, especially as they impact and influence multiple departments and levels of management.
Excellent program and project management skills.
Strong and highly effective strategic thinker and problem solver with high degree of emotional intelligence, with the ability to both recognize and anticipate problems.
Demonstrated ability to translate solutions into viable action plans at a network level that are effectively disseminated and implemented through cooperation of stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to effectively build business relationships and influence in a matrix organization.
Proactive self-starter with confidence and ability to identify new areas for continuous improvement, bring stakeholders together and develop and execute plans that drive positive change.

Salary at Hidden Level Inc. is market competitive and determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $142,500 to 196,000annually. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Hidden Level Inc.'s total compensation package for employees.
