This person will be working as an Operations Coordinator, specializing in data management in support of our ecommerce business.

Responsibilities:

Manage seasonal data entry
Work with various departments on determining items to buy for following season
Work with Sales on choosing the right styles to buy
Work with Production and Operations on creating POs
Monitor production POs to ensure on time delivery and reach out to buyers if delivery extensions are necessary
Create “Buyshets” with all relevant information pertaining to the program
Create product information sheets for each customer (E.g. Walmart.com, Amazon, Zulily, Etc)
Assist in faciltating marketing techniques and arrange photoshoots.
Oversee and administer day to day ecom orders
Prepare inventory reports for 3rd party Amazon consultants
Work with Amazon consultants on day to day order management
Work with Distrubution team on shipping orders in a timely manner
Analyze ecomm sales to determine and execute replenishment orders
Assist in creating efficiencies to continue to streamline work and tasks to be able to do more with the time allotted

Qualifications:

2 years’ experience in wholesale
Experience working with ecommerce
Very organized
Good communication/team skills
Strong Excel Skills
SAP experience is a bonus

Annual salary $80,000-$90,000.
