Latino Media Network is seeking a results-driven, entrepreneurial and innovative senior leader to be its first CRO. You will play a key role in leading revenue generation across national, regional and local levels and develop fully integrated, multiplatform sales solutions and breakthrough strategies to attract new revenue streams. Reporting into the CEO, you will prioritize and allocate resources to balance short-term business needs while keeping a firm eye on strategic growth strategies, new revenue streams, and long-term goals.

The Role & You

Building & Leading a High Performing Sales Team

Recruit, train and motivate a high performing sales organization at the local, regional and national levels.
Effectively set revenue targets and manage the sales team's pipeline to ensure revenue goals are met.
Work with the sales team to navigate complex marketing challenges, identify opportunities to grow existing accounts to facilitate stronger relationships and increase revenue.
In close partnership with the President, COO & CFO, develop variable compensation plans for the sales team; ensuring alignment between compensation plans and company quarterly and annual revenue goals.

Integration of the Newly Acquired Stations

In close partnership with the President, COO & CFO, successfully transition the 18 newly acquired stations into LMN, including existing assets, employees, revenue and client accounts.
Onboard new sales employees into LMN and hire for any open positions at the station level.

Revenue Generation

Manage senior-level relationships with agencies, holding companies and partners and gain a deep understanding of their business needs.
Partner with the future CCO to monetize content, tap into trends and identify new revenue streams.
Generate quarterly and annual forecasts, partnering closely with the President, COO & CFO with a strong understanding of client opportunities and market challenges.
Tuned into marketplace trends and the media sales landscape so as to strengthen our competitive advantage and unlock hidden value in the business by capitalizing on key business drivers, commercial trends and insights.

Commercial Strategy

In close partnership with the future CEO, develop and operationalize LMN's commercial strategy, including innovation, corporate development and diversification, advising on deals and content investment, building new revenue streams, digital growth and developing investment ideas.
Operationalize the commercial strategy in partnering across the organization with key stakeholders, by establishing clear direction for the team and translating strategies into specific plans.

You Have These

10+ years of increasing sales leadership experience in media, especially within audio.
Foundational understanding of digital at a minimum, with a strong willingness to learn and innovate.
Previous experience in building and scaling a sales organization from the ground up.
Demonstrated success in developing fully integrated, multiplatform sales solutions and diversifying revenue.
Proven experience developing new, innovative ideas within an evolving media landscape, able to anticipate and capitalize on industry changes.
The ability to set clear and challenging goals while committing the organization to improved performance; tenacious and accountable in driving results.
Foundational understanding of digital at a minimum, with a strong willingness to learn and innovate.
Successful track record of leading and inspiring a high performing sales organization, including setting goals, training and developing talent.
Strong relationship building skills, including established relationships with key agencies, partners, advertisers, and platforms.
A demonstrated ability to drive change and manage through ambiguity while consistently achieving or exceeding goals.
Proven experience seeking out and analyzing data from a variety of sources to support decisions and to align others with the organization's overall strategy.
Mission-aligned with a high degree of integrity acting in a transparent manner and always taking into account what is best for the organization.
Open to travel up to 40% of the time in the first year as you establish the sales organization.

Compensation:An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of LMN's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, paid time off, and other benefits.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $375,000-$425,000 with the potential of additional performance-based compensation.
