Job position: Sales Operations Manager

Office Location: Chelsea, London with hybrid working from home

Our rapidly growing team is looking for a Sales Operations Manager based in London. You'll join a vibrant team focused on supporting our 20+ global sales teams across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, as they work to engage HR/L&D stakeholders and decision makers at some of the largest companies around the world. Our Sales Operations team help drive sales by increasing quality and efficiency, delivering stellar training, and leveraging analytics to optimize the sales process and create compelling client proposals/RFPs.

If you have a B2B sales background, and have always had a desire to improve efficiency, make sense of data and upgrade system experience, this role could be a great fit!

Every Day You Will Get To

Support creation of compelling client RFPs and proposals that clearly explain how we can effectively solve their most pressing business problems
Gather and interpret meaningful and accurate data and generate reports to support business and strategic decisions
Identify system improvements and collaborate with colleagues in IT to deliver efficiency and value to sales teams
Optimize workflows and connections between systems to maximize quota attainment, engagement, and retention (achieving the highest ROI of our tech stack)
Develop playbooks and how-to guides, so salespeople can use tools effectively and efficiently
Create and deliver training to enhance the skills and knowledge of our salespeople
Revamp enablement content management structures to make sales process simpler to execute (especially around proposal prep and sustainability policies)
Provide tactical project support as needed

What you bring to the table

Ideally 2+ years' experience of B2B sales
Excellent written and editorial skills and experience of writing engaging content for client RRPs
Confidence with systems and processes and ability to shift from the details to the big picture to communicate effectively with different internal teams
A problem-solving mindset and an innovative orientation that is practical and action-focused
Strong planning and organizational skills
Relationship building skills and ability to quickly become a trusted advisor, particularly to sales colleagues
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM a distinct advantage
