We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to join iakoe. We're an agency that specialises in designing, building and optimising Shopify stores. We work with the most exciting design-led brands across the US. We’re a tight knit team not taking ourselves too seriously, occasionally fighting fires together and doing work we’re really proud of.

What Will You Be Doing?

Designing and launching intelligent outbound campaigns that generate qualified leads for the agency
Using tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly, and other enrichment/automation platforms to build scalable outbound systems
Building hyper-targeted lead lists using scraping, enrichment APIs, and dynamic filters
Writing and testing cold email copy tailored to different ICPs and verticals
Running A/B tests across subject lines, messaging, sequences, and calls-to-action to improve conversion
Owning the reporting and performance tracking across outbound channels (open/reply rates, booked calls, lead quality)
Collaborating closely with our Managing Director to refine our go-to-market strategy
Continuously improving workflows and experimenting with new tools to stay ahead of the outbound curve

Essential Requirements

3+ years experience running cold outbound campaigns, ideally in a B2B or agency setting
Proven success and campaigns you can showcase at the interview stage
Deep experience with outbound tools such as Clay, Apollo, Instantly, or similar
Strong understanding of GTM strategy, ICP development, and sales funnel stages
Comfortable scraping, enriching, filtering and deduplicating large lead datasets
Skilled in outbound email copywriting and personalization at scale
Experience integrating tools via Zapier, Make, or native APIs to automate outbound workflows
Solid understanding of metrics like open rate, reply rate, bounce rate, and conversion to booked call
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
