The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for the Sales Support team who are responsible for inbound and/or outbound lead generation for new product sales to both new and existing customers as well as future sales. The Sales Operation Manager will also be responsible for sales forecasting, analytics, productivity, CRM maintenance and other sales support functions.

To help maintain and grow this standard, we’re seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee daily activities. As an ideal candidate, you’ll have a sharp business mind and proven success managing multiple departments toward maximum productivity.

Responsibilities for Sales Operations Manager

Track long term sales data
Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management
Follow ethical practices with consumer and customer data
Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods
Production and projects overseeing
Train staff on new technology and software
Assist with account management
Working as an liaison between the sales teams and different internal departments

Qualifications for Sales Operations Manager

Strong analytical skills
Familiarity with databases and sales software
Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Excel and PPT
Demonstrate ability to evaluate and balance team and individual work loads through effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
