We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) responsible for the company's financial strategy, budget management, and financial reporting. This position will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in driving the company's financial health and strategic development.

**Requirements:**

**Education:** Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; Master's degree or professional qualifications (such as CPA, CMA) preferred.

**Experience:** At least 10 years of financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management position.

Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.

**Professional Skills:** In-depth understanding of financial planning, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting processes.

Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and tax regulations.

**Leadership:** Excellent team management and leadership skills, capable of effectively motivating and developing team members.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with management at all levels and external stakeholders.

**Strategic Thinking:** Ability to develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall business objectives.

Ability to analyze and solve complex financial problems.
