Sales Operations Specialist Position Description

Summary Description of Position:

The primary responsibility of the Sales Operations Specialist is to organize and operate the sales operations of Cytellix. This individual will be instrumental in working with the executives, sales leadership, sales staff, legal, finance and delivery teams to enable a positive customer acquisition experience for our partners and direct sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the logistics for all internal and external sales activities in partnership with the inside and outside sales teams, consultants, partners, delivery, and leadership.
Preparing business documents for partnerships.
Preparing customer quotes.
Prepare proposals, author content required to meet customer and company objectives for transactional and long-term contracts
Participate in developing and delivering proposal templates, re-usable modules and writing of professional proposals for both Commercial and SLED marketplaces.
Helping customers place orders.
Helping with overall support between the customer / partner and Cytellix sales, delivery, and finance team.
Assists in onboarding, training of new sales staff, both Cytellix and referral / reseller partners.
Assists in development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices, and procedures for sales operations.
Coordinates to make sure the correct processes, procedures, and information are followed.
Provide standardized repeatable processes that streamline the customer/partner acquisition
Prepares regular sales pipeline and forecast reports for leadership.
Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of sales operations experience.
University degree in business or accounting preferred; will consider relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
Preferred experience in the cybersecurity managed services, product delivery industry.

Excellent written and oral/presentation skills.
High sense of urgency. Willingness to do what it takes to return calls and e-mails within a timely manner with a preference being within one business day, prioritize customer needs.

Experience in Federal contracting and Federal proposal development/writing.

Physical & Mental:

0-10% travel required
Work in an office environment using dual monitor computer screens
Sitting for extended periods
Ability to work remotely with little supervision as approved by supervisor.
