Job Description

InBody USA, a global leader in health and wellness technology, is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager. We're passionate about empowering individuals with insightful health data and are searching for an equally passionate individual who will optimize and oversee our revenue operations across the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service departments. This role will be measured by KPIs such as sales velocity, movement of deals through the pipeline stages, and the accuracy of our database and CRM. The Revenue Operations Manager will be expected to monitor a variety of data points including new deals, lost deal ratio, inquiry and channel close rates, win rates, sales cycle, average ARR, MQLs, SQLs, and many more.

Essential Responsibilities

Manage and analyze data across sales, marketing, and customer service to provide actionable insights to inform decision making and strategy.

Drive alignment between sales, marketing, and customer service, eliminating silos and fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Identify and optimize processes within and between these departments to eliminate bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Oversee the management and implementation of our tech stack including CRM, marketing automation, and data analytics platforms.
Assist with KPI setting and measuring, ensuring accountability and assessing the effectiveness of our strategies and initiatives.
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth in collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree Business, Marketing, or related field
3-5 years of experience in revenue management and strategy.
Expertise in CRM software, preferably Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Proficiency in marketing automation software like HubSpot or Zapier.
Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and sales automation/enablement tools.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
1+ year of experience in leading and managing a team
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
Adept at financial analysis, systems and tools, process optimization, project management, and possesses technical aptitude.

Desired Qualifications

Experience building end-to-end revenue sales, marketing or cx processes and reporting structures
Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
