About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Chief Revenue Officer to join our team. The Business Development and Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing new business opportunities for India Art n Design.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and revenue generation strategy, with a focus on identifying new revenue streams and building long-term relationships with clients

Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and partners, and actively pursue new business opportunities

Work closely with the content team to understand their needs and help them identify new revenue opportunities

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, and negotiate and close deals

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback, and use this information to continuously improve our business development and revenue generation efforts

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)

7+ years of experience in business development, sales, and revenue generation, with a proven track record of success

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop creative solutions to challenges

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and priorities
