Position Summary

The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for the processing of lead records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This detail-oriented and self-driven individual will handle data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis tasks to maintain a high-quality database. Additionally, they will provide support for general sales operations, assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Utilize Salesforce CRM to append and manage lead data, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Prioritize lead queues based on provided criteria, to move leads forward through the lead qualification cycle.
Work with sales operations leader to ensure data cleanliness by identifying and rectifying any inconsistencies or errors in the database.
Work with sales operations leader to provide support and assistance to team members regarding data-related inquiries or issues.
Support general sales operations by performing various administrative tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications

1-3 years of Salesforce or other relevant technology experience.
Self-driven, motivated and results oriented.
Proven experience in data entry or data management roles, preferably in a marketing or sales environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently and quickly.
Ability to identify and rectify data inconsistencies.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
