About the responsibilities:

• Increase sales productivity by consistently reviewing, improving, and simplifying the sales process

• Analyse past data and performance trends to forecast future sales

• Clearly communicate and report on sales and campaign results, team news and sales wins

• Look for growth opportunities within team and work with HR to help navigate career pathways for your team

• Set individual and team KPI’s

• Work with the marketing team to manage the client proposal process across the sales team to ensure process is streamlined

• Measure and evaluate sales data to determine the effectiveness of our products and sales processes and make improvements where necessary

• Utilise external and internal data analysis

and forecasting to establish a sales strategy inclusive of a sales process that improves conversions, shortens sales cycles, and maximises sales wins

Desirable Criteria:

• Minimum 10 years experience in management and sales

• Strong communication skills

• People management - the ability to lead and work in a team

• An understanding of finance and numbers
