The Sales Operations Specialist at Info Solutions has an opportunity to impact our financial performance and our overall client satisfaction. The purpose of the Finance and Sales Operations Specialist is to work as part of a team that facilitates accurate quoting, ordering, and invoicing using our company tools (Connectwise and Quickbooks Online).

Responsibilities

Product and services quoting process assisting those responsible for client relationships (account managers, managing partners)
Processing of sales/product orders in our CRM & product/services processing application, ConnectWise (CW)
Setting up and updating of project work plans in CW based on the executed scope of work (SOW)
Client invoicing of product, project-based services, and managed services in CW and QuickBooks Online (QB)
Processing of vendor invoices in QB
Product, project-based services, and managed services reconciliation process (spreadsheets, QB)
Assist with the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end process as needed
Enter, update, and maintain client, vendor, and other data in CW and QB
Follow-up with client contacts as needed to ensure our invoices are paid in a timely manner
Recommend process and operational improvements and participate in the implementation of any changes
Other operational and business-related tasks if/when needed (e.g., sales tax setup, payroll-related tasks, business tax payments, vendor payments,

Qualifications

1. Excellent communications skills is a requirement for this position. Ability to effectively communicate internally with coworkers and externally with Clients is paramount to the success of this position. This includes written and oral communication, documentation of work performed and the proactive communication of issues and potential resolutions to management, teammates and/or our Clients.

2. While accounting and sales support skills are an advantage for any candidate, someone with excellent interpersonal skills and the aptitude to learn new skills will be given high consideration for this position.

3. Microsoft Excel experience is needed.

4. Other Microsoft application experience is helpful.

5. The candidate will have an opportunity to learn Quickbooks Online Accounting Software and Connectwise CRM on the job.
