Informa’s New Hope Network team is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to facilitate sales process of Natural Products events and digital programming. This includes Natural Products Expo West, Expo East, in addition to as-needed help with Nutrition Capital Network and Nutrition Business Journal. This position is responsible for the day-to-day aspects of assisting sales leadership, business operations, and sales operations execute a variety of activities including administrative, research, customer service, and coordination to assist meeting the goals of the sales department.

Duties will include but are not limited to sales contract management, being primary liaison between salesforce and sales management, pipeline management and forecasting, presentation development, reporting, data entry, and sales and customer service support.

Qualifications

Accountable to:

Prepare routine analyses and reports to assist in the evaluation of revenue objectives.
Sales cycle & sales pipeline management.
Support booth selection process for New Hope’s Expo West and Expo East trade show sales, including priority list creation, inventory tracking.
Coordinates with account managers to review, send, and process contracts for tradeshow booth space & marketing.
Build reports for sales team members upon request. Craft strategy around reporting implementation – including determining use case, data, and frequency.
Proof contracts and promotional material as required.
Work directly with customers as needed, including general customer service, client outreach to help execute certain programs, as well as lead identification and qualification.
Manage sales team’s use of CRM, Salesforce including report, dashboard, campaign, creation and lead management.
Work with other departments as needed to assist with things like sales tracking for finance, registration
Assist Sales Team identify ongoing needs for sales enablement tools, streamlining of sales processes, data entry, creating tools to reduce manual processes.
Play a supporting role in projects ensuring data cleanliness such as exhibitor registration, data integration between a2z, Clearslide, zoominfo, and salesforce.
Travel as required, no less than twice per year to tradeshows.
Encourage a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, professionalism, and respect at all times.

Skills/Abilities:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
Very detail oriented.
Ability to work independently, while thriving in a team environment.
Superior communications skills, oral and written.
Ability to prioritize, organize multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Position Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent training required.
2-3years’sales support, administrative support and/or customer service experience required.
College degree or equivalent training and experience preferred

Compensation: Up to $52,000 annually based on experience
