As the Sales Operations Manager you will have a key role in the design, buildout and continuous improvement of the commercial organization of Inspera. Inspera is at the beginning of a significant growth phase and the future success is highly dependent on the success of the commercial organization.

As the Sales Operations Manager you will be essential in the definition of the processes and the continuous improvement of the playbook in order to keep the sales operations run smoothly. As the right hand of the CRO and head of the operations team (currently a team of two that will grow into four people) you will be in the unique position to have a major influence in all elements of shaping the sales organization and the future success of Inspera.

Sales Operations is responsible for a set of business activities and processes that will help the sales organization run effectively, efficiently and in support of business strategies and objectives. The Sales Operations services include: maintenance and coordination of the CRM system (Hubspot), maintenance and coordination of the Sales Methodology and Commercial Playbooks, the production of Proposals and Contracts, Bid Management/Coordination, Data Analysis & Reporting, Competitor Analysis, Sales Tools & Collateral, Periodic Customer Surveys.

This is a hands on leadership role that requires a deep understanding of sales processes with clear understanding of how to effectively and efficiently support these.

Responsibilities and tasks:

Sales Team enablement; Sales process (Methodology development, adoption and compliance), Sales training, Sales team communications management, Collateral & Sales tools (e.g. Pitch decks etc.)
Business analytics; Sales metrics & data analysis, Sales Reporting, Sales forecasting, Customer Surveys (Production, Analysis and Reporting)
Sales administration; Pipeline Hygiene, Proposal/contract production, Tender bid production, Sales Order processing
Attainment planning; Incentive & compensation plan design & administration, GTM strategy alignment with roles and components, Territory analysis, Goal setting, Annual Business Planning process stewardship.
Right hand of the CRO, Initiator of change and improvement, Coordinator of Talent Management
Head of the Sales Operations team: Organize and build the Team, Lead the Team
Liaison for the Sales Organization: Establish and maintain productive and constructive relations with stakeholders and counter parts within the company (eg Finance, Marketing, Legal, IT, HR and Customer Services)

As this is a new department and a new role it is expected that the Sales Operations Manager will be operationally involved as much as needed until the department is on full strength.

To succeed in this role you should:

Have 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a SaaS vendor environment
Have 3+ years management experience
Have a relevant undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Math or similar. (Postgraduate degree is preferred, but not required)
Have extensive knowledge of statistics and data analysis
Have expert level experience in Hubspot (or similar CRM system)
Be an excel / Google Sheets wizard
